Project Description

This large kitchen needed updating from it’s 1980’s design:  white tile floors, white laminate counter tops with wood edge and bland oak cabinetry.  The ample square footage afforded this homeowner plenty of space to work with. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room which had a wet bar and large closet.  We were able to utilize that space in the kitchen as a new deep pantry cabinet with roll outs and the refrigerator.  Soffits were removed along with the existing drywall which was heavily wallpapered from floor to ceiling.  The layout was tweaked to make the space more efficient.  The results are magnificent!  Cherry cabinets in a salem maple stain with chocolate glaze, giallo ornamental granite perfectly accented with a honed marble backsplash and new hardwood floors throughout the first level.
