The homeowners are empty nesters, with the exception of two cats. They often entertain family and friends and decided to do what a few other of our customers have done – repurpose their living room to a new expanded dining space and combine the old dining room and kitchen into one fantastic cooking and gathering place. Â We utilized our Amish custom line of cabinetry to create the gorgeous look. Â Upper cabinets only exist on one wall so it was important to utilize all space for storage. Â The absence of upper cabinets on the wall with the elegant stainless hood, create a very open and airy sight line which is additionally enhanced by the natural light coming in the south facing windows.
