We overcame the existing HVAC chase in the wall to create a full wall of beautiful cabinetry and a serving area complete with beverage fridge. Built in storage around the refrigerator includes a five foot tall pantry roll out with shelves for easy accessibility.

This beautiful customer island is full of storage with deep drawers, cabinets with roll out shelves and the microwave. This is grey elm wood in a natural stain.

Beautiful views from the far end of the kitchen has clean sight lines in to the adjacent family room. We added the island where there was none and the kitchen perfectly accommodated the addition.

The homeowners purchased this property with plans to renovate almost immediately. The footprint was great, the pleasing floorplan was also very attractive in this sizeable, north side Naperville home. But aesthetically, it just didn’t work. The space wasn’t being utilized well and the design elements needed a lift. River Oak helped to develop a clean-lined design plan to make exceptional use of the space and kept with the homeowners’ personal style. We provided Amish custom cabinetry with a painted perimeter cabinet and a contrasting grey elm island. The counters are topped in Italia Ventimiglia quartz, with a waterfall edge on the island for additional clean-lined appeal.
